3. Who receives your data
We use these providers to run the service. They process data on our behalf or, for Stripe and Meta, under their own responsibilities:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — sending sign-in, scorecard and service emails, and keeping our mailing list for people who opted in.
- Bunny.net (Bunny Stream) — video hosting and delivery.
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, only if you accept the cookie notice.
- Our accountant and professional advisers, where needed for legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Transfers outside your country
Some providers are based outside the EU, the UK or the UAE, for example in the United States. Where this happens we rely on approved safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and the UK equivalents.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential: a sign-in cookie, and a note in your browser of your cookie choice and lesson progress. These do not need consent.
- Marketing (Meta Pixel): only loaded if you click “Accept” on our notice. If you decline, no Meta cookies are set from this course site. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
6. How long we keep data
- Accounting and invoice records: for the period required by Italian law (generally 10 years).
- Account and support data: while needed to provide the course and answer questions, and then for as long as the law requires or claims could arise.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and under the UAE data-protection law where it applies to you, you may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to marco@newfashionwave.com. You may also complain to your data-protection authority: in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it); in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. For material changes we will tell you by email if we hold your address.
